Had a FANTASTIC STAY with amazing sea view room on the 11th floor. the staff was so helpful and kind. Would definitely choose this place again! Better than photos.

I recently stayed in an executive suite, enjoying the spacious and comfortable room. the service, especially from Ms. Victoria and Ms. Derya, was attentive and friendly. Overall, the experience was positive, but improvements in customer service could enhance the overall stay.

Beautifully appointed hotel, spotlessly clean, with professional staff like the duty manager ALP. The pool area is excellant too.

Staff and rooms are very good, I loved it. There is an exceptional rooftop restaurant, on the top floor.

Incredible stay at Intercontinental Istanbul! Oyko at reception was outstanding. Great location, beautiful foyer, spacious rooms. 7-star breakfast. Good WiFi. Excellent value. One small hiccup with pillows and mattress comfort, but overall a magnificent experience. So worth it!

I had a nice experience here, everything was good, the location was favourable very close to shops and the pedestrian street. Loved the rooftop restaurant on the top floor.

Some of the staff were bad.

from the moment we checked in until we departed, we were treated like royalty. the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious offerings. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the view from the top floor was breathtaking, providing a stunning panoramic view of the city.

The room at Intercontinental Istanbul was like a little slice of luxury heaven. The safe box, mini bar, and coffee setup made me feel right at home. And let's not forget the massive 80-inch TV – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring!

The only thing I liked less was the size of the mini bar, but hey, that's just me!

The Intercontinental offered stunning Bosphorus views, top-notch gym facilities, and a vibrant lobby with outdoor Shisha service. the staff provided warm welcomes and attentive service, with a delicious breakfast offering a variety of clean foods. Convenient location near Taksim square and Istiklal Street made for a wonderful stay.

Hip new lovely central place, it has brilliant location close to Istanbul, the pedestrian street, Taksim Square. Lots of perfect breakfast items to choose from.

The bathrooms are very small.

The stunning views of the Bosphorus from the Junior Ballroom were truly breathtaking. It felt like being on the set of a movie, with the majestic waterway as the backdrop for our event. It added a touch of grandeur that elevated the entire experience.

Valet staff are bad.

Old-fashioned property, fairly clean, excellent service and good value. Our room was brand-new and relaxing on the 14th floor.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way. the luxurious amenities, including the Spa & wellness center and sauna, fulfilled my exclusive needs. the seasonal outdoor pool was beautiful and the sun loungers were comfortable. the location advantages were impressive, within walking distance of excellent restaurants and coffee shops.

The only issue I encountered was the lack of manicure services. Despite this, the beauty treatments available were top-notch.

The jacuzzi room is bright, clean, and roomy. The hotel has a PCR test room on-site, making it convenient for travelers. The cafe/restaurant on the top floor offers a 360-degree view of the beautiful city.

Intercontinental Istanbul is the perfect hub for exploring iconic cultural sites like Hagia Sophia, the vibrant nightlife of Taksim Square, and the diverse flavors of the local dining scene. The hotel's strategic location near major attractions and the efficient public transportation system makes it a breeze to navigate the city with kids in tow.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel could offer more kid-friendly entertainment options or activities within the premises to cater specifically to families with children.

I had an excellent experience at the Intercontinental, with Murat providing outstanding service during check-in. He assigned me a high-floor room, which was exactly what I wanted. the hotel's location is also very convenient, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. Although the spa rooms were not exceptional and the massage felt rushed, it was still enjoyable. the highlight was the breathtaking view from the top floor.

My room had a stunning view of the Bosphorus, I woke up to a beautiful sunrise every morning. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious foods from both western and eastern cuisine. I highly recommend Intercontinental for its amazing amenities and service.

They made us feel right at home and provided fast and helpful service. the location was perfect and we even received a room upgrade. the room service was excellent and the hotel facilities, including the club lounge and garden, were impressive. the staff's dedication to serving guests and making them happy made this hotel the best we've ever stayed at, both in Istanbul and globally. We stayed for 5 nights at Intercontinental Istanbul and loved every moment. The hotel's timeless luxury and impeccable maintenance impressed us. Our room on the 17th floor offered breathtaking views of Galata and Southern Istanbul. The spacious and comfortable room provided a cozy retreat. The poolside was a delightful spot to relax, with towels readily available and the area kept impeccably clean. The adjacent gym boasted stunning Bosporus views. The location was ideal, surrounded by charming cafes and a popular metro station.

The Christmas decorations at the hotel were absolutely delightful, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that made my holiday stay even more special. The general areas were well-organized and easily accessible, making it convenient for senior people like myself to move around comfortably.

One thing I would ask for to enhance the vacation experience for senior people is better support for carrying luggage, as it can be challenging for older guests to manage heavy suitcases on their own.

The location was awesome with so many transport options and places to eat nearby, the room was huge and comfy, and the services accessible via TV were handy! Shoutout to Rahime from housekeeping and the restaurant staff for their top-notch service! The spa and wellness center was a great spot to unwind with excellent massages, and the rooftop restaurants were fantastic. The only downside was the security team's lack of transparency about our lost box, but overall, it was a superb stay! 🌟

While the check-in staff promise faded faster than Turkish delight, Victoria from guest relations swooped in to save the day, ensuring my room was a haven rather than a hovel. The deposit dance was as chaotic as the Grand Bazaar, with prices shifting quicker than a whirling dervish.

The mini bar prices were excessively high compared to nearby rates, which was disappointing. Furthermore, we were taken aback by the hotel's request for a deposit, which was more than the amount already paid, to cover any potential use of the mini bar.

They even surprised me with a room upgrade to a stunning Presidential suite, which was absolutely fantastic. the room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping team kept the room impeccably clean. the location was perfect, right next to Taksim Square, making it easy to explore the city. the views from some rooms were breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was elegant and welcoming. I also appreciated the valet parking service and the warm welcome I received upon arrival.

The Fabulous Junior Ballroom is a stunning space for events. The Spa InterContinental is a haven of relaxation. The concierge gave top-notch recommendations for a memorable time in this beautiful city.

I guess not everything in Istanbul is as fabulous as the hotel.

I booked the ballroom for a luncheon, and the views were truly stunning. The event kicked off with an inspirational speaker, taking it up a notch. I had a blast climbing the Galata Tower for those killer views - selfie heaven! The Spa was my sanctuary, utter relaxation. Oh, and the breakfast at a local café - yum! Meeting the Concierge team for tips was a game-changer. Can't wait to return!

the hotel is super clean and comfy. it's so close to all the restaurants and tourist spots. also, you can easily find a great local breakfast nearby. oh, and you can access all their services through the tv in your room - pretty cool!

Attending a synod, I chose this hotel for its excellent meeting room with natural daylight, providing a conducive space for discussions. The attentive staff ensured a seamless experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and vibrant neighborhoods for leisure time.

The only service that I missed for my work was a more extensive range of office supplies, which would have been beneficial for my meetings and presentations.

My friends and I hit up the sickest spots - checked out a lit party scene and hit up a super cool museum. The hotel was sooo clutch - perfect base for our adventures, close to everything! And the views from the rooftop bar were insane!

Yo, if they had a cooler hangout spot for us young peeps - like a trendy nightclub or something - that would've been dope.
